Once your details are entered in the ‘Shipping’ category of the checkout, your exact total inc. shipping can be seen by clicking back to the ‘Review Cart’ stage or carrying on through all the stages before you ‘Confirm Payment’

International Shipping Options
Below is a summary of delivery promises for our international orders. You will be quoted a specific delivery promise at the time of checkout that is based on your selected destination country and the shipping methods available for the items in your shopping cart.

Please note that you will not receive a shipping confirmation e-mail containing your tracking information until five business days after your order is placed.

International Shipping Cost 

International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the desired shipping speed, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination country. International shipping will be calculated and guaranteed during the checkout based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination.

International Duties & Taxes 
Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that FiftyOne supports. Value Added Tax (VAT) rates are set by the destination country. You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and tax/VAT for your order within the FiftyOne global checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return Policy 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within FOURTEEN (14) DAYS of receipt for a full refund. Due to the limited availability of our apparel, exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis. A DS Customer Support Representative will contact you within 48 hours. Please note that all purchases on sale items are final.

All international sales are final. No international returns will be accepted. In the event that you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact info@dsart.co.uk for instructions on receiving a replacement. Please note that all inquiries should be submitted and will be answered in English.

Defective Good Policy 
Apparel: Any piece of apparel suffering from a manufacturing defect may be returned or exchanged within one 30 days of the date of purchase. “Defects” are mistakes in the manufacturing process and do not include damage from normal wear and tear or negligent usage. The DS team will determine the validity of manufacturing defect returns on a case-by-case basis. This policy does not include items such as bags, shoes, watches, or jewelry.

Toy: Toy sales at DSART.co.uk are final. Most figures we sell are collectible, made in limited runs and are often hand-painted or assembled. Slight imperfections are typical with this kind of product and, in fact, often enhance the value.

If a refund is required, amounts for returned items will be credited to you by our partner Stripe.com in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order.
